Emc2 Recordings is based out of Memphis, TN and the New York City metropolitan area, but serves everyone nationwide. We cater to the music industry's needs, whether it is recording a demo for an independent band or scoring a film, we have you covered.

Wes Edmonds is the founder, head engineer, and producer at Emc2 Recordings. Originally hailing from Memphis, TN, the home of the Blues, Soul, and Rock and Roll. Wes has made his way back to Memphis via the New York City area. He has worked for and alongside top producers, engineers, and musicians (such as Wyclef Jean, Emilio Estefan, Darryl Hall, Emelie Sande, Teddy Riley, Steve Albini, Marc Rizzo, and Malcolm Springer) as well as playing in bands such as "The Vagabond Soles", “Delta City 45”, "Thinning the Herd", and "Kit Oh Nein!".

Blues, Rock, Metal, Country, Punk, Reggae, Hip Hop, Drum and Bass, House, or Pop, he has covered the gamut of genres and pulls his experience from them all to ensure that your product is translated from your head to their ears the way you intended. With over 18 years of professional experience, Wes has worked in top studios, from legendary Sun Studios in Memphis, TN, SoundStage Studios and Blackbird Studios in Nashville, TN, to Spin Studios in NYC, and Planet Studios in Montreal, Canada.
